Kiel and I wanted to take a wild excursion this winter. We initially were thinking of traveling to Australia and New Zealand, but the prices were sky high! We opted to head back to Hawaii and stay for 5 nights on Kauai, and 6 nights on the North Shore of Oahu. We rented homes on each island, as well as a jeep wrangler for transportation. This trip was so rejuvenating, full of adventure and relaxation. We didn't hold back this time around... we went zip lining, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, and even took a helicopter tour. Happy hour was a big part of everyday, as well as bike rides and outdoor reading. The trip was absolutely fabulous, just what we were looking for. It's so nice to be able to get away in the midst of our cold and dreary Delaware winter.
