"A portrait of my child once a week, every week in 2015"

Okay, I cheated this week and used one from my iPhone camera roll, but it was just too cute not to share. Plus, this week has been nuts and I haven't really had the opportunity(or energy) to break out the real camera.

Little man rocked his 18 month check-up. Didn't even tear up with his shot. This kid blows my mind, such a tough little cookie. Also, he is totally glasses-obsessed these days. He puts them on and says "cooooool". It really doesn't get much more awesome than that.

Post-nap rituals: a mouthful of cheerios and Daniel the Tiger.
Also, little boy got his first formal haircut. I love it, but now he looks like a teenager and I want another baby.

Alec Charles, the sweetest little valentine.
...Because I couldn't choose  just one.

He was especially photogenic this week.

3/52

I've seen many other bloggers do it and I've always wanted to jump on board. The 52 project is a personal photography project in which you take a portrait of your child, once a week, for 52 weeks a year.  It's a great way to encourage us mamas to break out the camera and capture these beautiful moments of our children. They grow up too fast.

Although I am a bit late, I figure now is a better time than ever to get started.
